Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

    Worth it!

    I wear an ankle brace because of a previous surgery. I thought I was relegated to closed toe sneakers. But I can wear my Archie’s flip-flops all day. They support my arch, feel comfortable all day, and I can wear my brace with them. If you’re worried about soreness in the space between your toes, don’t be. They are soft and smooth enough to not hurt at all. I now have 4 pair, and I love them all!
