Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.
We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.
For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.
The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

I have plantar fascitis so I need to be careful with the shoes I wear. These check all the boxes. Lightweight, supportive, does not have the "flip/flop" sound when you walk, lower heel. I can wear them all day (in the house too) and my feet do not hurt at the end of the day.
